| The “Glider” is a man-on-top variation that’s a perfect transitional move. With the female laying on her side with one leg between the male’s legs and the other leg elevated and propped on the male’s shoulder, she will be wide open for entry. The female’s flexibility will be tested, however the reward for the female (especially if the male's erection curves to the right or left) can be great, as being on her side as the male enters from a missionary angle on his knees presents the perfect opportunity for a side-bending erection to find and tickle her G-spot.
The “Glider” is basically an inversion of the “T-Cross” aka “Acid Spoon”, which places the female on her back in the traditional missionary fashion, but puts the male on his side, spoon-like, his body forming a T with the female at the point of penetration and providing the same G-spot tickling advantage for left and right curving erections.
While the “Glider” has somewhat more challenging flexibility requirements for the female as compared to the “T-Cross”, it places the male in a position of greater control, and lends itself to many fluid transitions. |

| “Blue Belt” moves are not overly difficult, but are not recommended for a virgin's first time on the matt either. Blue Belts are Developing Students. They possess basic sexual skill, good common sense, and strong body-awareness. |
