  | | The building blocks of sex are stances. Indeed, in every sex position, there are at least 2 stances: your stance and your partner’s stance. In group sex scenarios there will be a stance for every person involved. The union of your stance with those of your sexual partner(s) creates an expansive world of sex position possibilities. This on-going segment looks at the stances for male's in isolation and detail. | |

      | The Prone Stance AKA Virgin Stance is the stance that every guy figures out, it is of course the stance that is employed in the classic missionary or man-on-top position. It is comfortable, natural on a bed or other soft surface, and easy to transition into and out of. The prone stance does not offer the highest level of mobility in itself, while the “Pelvic Tilt” style thrusting shown here is natural to this stance, more complex thrusting styles such as the roll and combination thrusts are difficult for many men to execute in this posture.
The more up on your knees you are as this stance is performed (without being in a fully upright kneeling posture), the more basic it is. It’s very easy to pump your hips if your balance is on your knees in missionary sex, however it’s not terribly easy to pump your hips with any great rhythm or variety of thrusting style. The Virgin Stance version of prone has the male’s weight fully on his knees and this very natural posture is the most basic sexual stance that every guy knows. But beware many guys over use the Virgin Stance into staleness. See Joe's Losing Performance in the Low Entry Sexual Showdown to see the "Virgin Stance" used into staleness. Easy and comfortable this stance, which is employed in a number of sex positions seen throughout this site, should be in every guy’s repertoire. |

Penis Power: The penis has been the obvious symbol of male sexual power and sexual potency in general since the dawn of time, and this fact is not likely to ever change. Entire cultures have worshiped the organ as though it were a deity, and indeed it is every...
Body Power: While in sexual regards the health and athleticism of the penis takes a front seat to the male body as a whole, and while it is very true that you can not predict a man’s sexual performance by his physical fitness, it is certainly also true that the fitness of a man’s body can only improve his sexual fitness. A fit body creates...
Brain Power: It’s been said that the brain is the largest sex organ, and while we agree with the sentiment we’d have to argue that the skin is technically the largest sex organ. The brain however is certainly the most important sex organ… hands down… no questions asked. In all reality the brain governs every activity, response and... |
