Modified (AKA, Running Man) Spoon

 | The “Modified” aka “Running Man Spoon”, as featured in our Pelvic Thrusting 101 article has generated quite a bit of interest for the fact that it allows a level of vigorous energetic thrusting that is not typically associated with the spoon position. Indeed, when most people think of the spoon position it is generally a vision of bodies cradled together with a slow writhing tempo that leaps to mind.
The image emblazoned on our mind’s eye is the “Classic ‘Cradle Style’ Spoon”, which is the way the spoon position is most frequently depicted in the mainstream media, and it’s a perfect fit for those nights when one or both partners it too tired for any Cirque De Sole acrobatics in the bedroom, and they’re in the mood for a nice round of lazy lovemaking. That said, there is much more potential to the spoon than just the “Cradle”, and as you already know here at bedroom black belt we are all about unlocking all of our lovemaking potential. |

| One of the great things about three-way (or any group) gay sex scenarios, is the virtually infinite way in which men can be chained together. Here we see the “Man Overboard” sex position being spliced together with “Man to the Rescue”.
“Man Overboard” is one of those positions that looks exactly like what it is named. It’s a very tricky position if you are trying to begin a round of sex with it. However, for those with a sense of adventure, it is a much easier position to transition into from cowboy and other bottom on top angles. Essentially, the bottom will begin to lean back, and will continue to do so, until he has slid off the top’s lap (out of the saddle so to speak) and is hanging off the chair (or whichever elevated surface was being used).
