| Prelude You will want to be semi-erect for this maneuver. Your erection will need to be between 70% about 80% hard, it should be somewhat firm but having enough slack for you to move the blood around in the organ. If you find yourself becoming too erect, you can implement the squeeze technique (squeeze the Glans of your penis – aka the penis head) until the erection to subsides a little. |

| The Exercise 1: As with masturbation or sex, you will apply lube to your penis, so that you will be able to slide your hands without excessive friction chaffing the skin.
2: Using the Okay grip (or similar grip that is comfortable for you) you will grasp your penis at the base, as close to the pubic bone as is possible, clamping off the outflow of blood from the organ. You squeeze such that the pressure fattens and fills the erection forward of your hand.
3: Maintaining the pressure of the Okay grip, you will slide the grip hand forward toward the head of the penis. As the grip nears the coronal ridge of your penis head, you will slow the progress of the first hand, and bring the second hand into the action, by gripping again, with a second Okay grip, at the base of your penis.
4: As the first grip moves passed the head of your penis, the second grip will begin moving up from the base toward the head. The first hand will of course run out of penis length to travel…
5: As the second grip nears the coronal ridge of the head of the penis, the free hand will form an Okay grip at the base of the penis again, and thusly a cycle is formed. | |
